Although training programs are individualized, our team atmosphere creates a unique environment of camaraderie and accountability. Our coaches specialize in building athletes for volleyball-specific demands. Dynamic Warmups to Improve Movement and Prevent Injury
Sessions begin with dynamic team warmups tailored to volleyball-specific movements like lateral agility, jumping, and rotational stability. These warmups improve flexibility, balance, and neuromuscular coordination, ensuring players are ready to perform and reducing the risk of injury during play.
Individualized Training Focused on Strength, Power, and Mobility
Volleyball demands explosive power, precision, and range of motion. Our programs focus on key areas:

Flexible Scheduling
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy lifestyle:
✔️ Class start times are available Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
✔️ Your daughter can come at any time during those hours—she’s not locked into a specific class time.
✔️ Sessions are limited to 6 athletes per session to ensure personalized attention. Because sessions can fill up quickly, you’ll need to reserve her spot in advance through our app.
This flexible scheduling ensures your athlete can train when it’s convenient for your family, while still receiving the focused attention she needs to succeed.

No class cancellation fee
Month to month billing with 30 days notice

Disclaimer: We do not provide refunds. A 30-day cancellation notice is required, meaning you must complete our cancellation form on the website at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. If notice is given within the 30-day window, the cancellation will take effect after the following billing period.

Coach Ashley has been really good about making things fun but always very focused. During the finishers, I have to really push myself to keep going because it’s challenging. I try to focus on how good and accomplished I always feel at the end of each finisher to keep me moving! Also Coach Brad is usually there to make me laugh and get my mind off of the struggle! 😂 It’s always a really great feeling to make it to the end knowing I gave it my all! I can tell I’m getting stronger and love that my workout plan is specific to volleyball. The coaches really focus on form and are so positive and motivating throughout each session. “One of the main reasons I was so motivated to join DRC was the trainers. The atmosphere is so good and every time I walk in the door I’m welcomed and surrounded by good people. In volleyball ankle injuries can be career ending. That is why I am so glad my trainer Ashley is so persistent in getting a good ankle warm up. During the training session, the trainers are very engaged, helping you with the correct form, and guiding you in what weight to do. The finisher is fast paced and really helps on the volleyball court. For me, DRC is great because I see my growth, it helps my mindset in volleyball because my trainer helps me work past my mental blocks with certain movements, and the environment makes it an enjoyable place to be.”

“Aspen highly enjoys coming to the DRC and working with the sports trainers! She enjoys learning about proper body mechanics and how to optimize her performance on the court. One thing she has been working on implementing more is the education on nutrition. Before coming to the DRC she didn't know how to properly fuel her body for certain activities (practice, tournaments, etc).
Despite a back injury early in the season, the DRC and trainers have been able to modify her plan to keep her engaged and making progress after the initial setback. We are excited to see her progress this year after working at DRC!”
