As your athlete progresses, their training evolves to ensure continuous improvement. This personalized approach keeps players engaged and focused as they see measurable improvements directly tied to their goals on the court.
Although training programs are individualized, our team atmosphere creates a unique environment of camaraderie and accountability. Players thrive when they train alongside teammates who share the same drive to succeed. The team dynamic fosters mutual encouragement and teaches players the importance of communication and trust—key elements in baseball and volleyball. This environment not only motivates athletes to push their limits but also reinforces critical life skills such as leadership, collaboration, and perseverance, which are essential both on and off the court.
When your player arrives, their custom training plan is ready on a personal iPad, ensuring they know exactly what to do each day. This clarity allows them to focus on the work without distractions, while real-time progress tracking motivates them to push harder. For coaches, this technology enables more time spent refining movements and providing feedback, rather than explaining what comes next. The result? A more productive session where players get the most out of every rep and every minute, translating directly to improved performance on the court.
Our coaches specialize in building athletes for sports specific demands. They don’t just give instructions—they teach your athlete proper form, explosive movement techniques, and injury prevention strategies. Whether it’s perfecting the footwork for a quick attack or developing explosive power for a jump serve, our coaches provide real-time feedback to ensure every movement is purposeful. This hands-on approach instills confidence and builds mastery, empowering players to reach their full potential.
We understand how important it is for both athletes and parents to see progress. That’s why we provide performance testing during the last week of every month. These tests evaluate key metrics such as vertical jump, agility, strength, and conditioning, giving you a clear picture of your player’s development. By tracking her progress over time, we can make data-driven adjustments to their training plan, ensuring they continues to grow and improve. Performance testing also motivates athletes, showing them how their hard work is paying off and keeping them excited about their progress.
Elite volleyball and baseball players need more than physical skills—they need to fuel their bodies for peak performance. That’s why we include nutritional guidance as part of our program. From fueling pre-practice to recovering after games, players learn how to maximize energy and performance. These habits help players stay strong throughout the season and position them for long-term success.
Dynamic Warmups to Improve Movement and Prevent Injury
Sessions begin with dynamic team warmups tailored to volleyball-specific movements like lateral agility, jumping, and rotational stability. These warmups improve flexibility, balance, and neuromuscular coordination, ensuring players are ready to perform and reducing the risk of injury during play.
Individualized Training Focused on Strength, Power, and Mobility
Volleyball and baseball both demand explosive power, precision, and range of motion. Our programs focus on key areas:

✅ Mobility: Improving flexibility and range of motion for diving saves and fluid defensive movements.

Team Finishers to Build Conditioning and Mental Toughness
Every session ends with a team challenge to simulate the high-intensity moments of a volleyball match or baseball game. These finishers develop endurance to stay sharp during long sets and foster the resilience to push through adversity. Whether it’s quick drills or competitive sprints, players leave each session stronger and more prepared for game-time situations.
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy lifestyle:
✔️ Class start times are available Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
✔️ Your daughter can come at any time during those hours—she’s not locked into a specific class time.
✔️ Sessions are limited to 6 athletes per session to ensure personalized attention. Because sessions can fill up quickly, you’ll need to reserve her spot in advance through our app.
This flexible scheduling ensures your athlete can train when it’s convenient for your family, while still receiving the focused attention she needs to succeed.

Coach Ashley has been really good about making things fun but always very focused. During the finishers, I have to really push myself to keep going because it’s challenging. I try to focus on how good and accomplished I always feel at the end of each finisher to keep me moving! “As parents, any child that plays a sport, you find out very quickly, the level they play at. When your child expresses a "want:" to compete, you want to do what you can for them.
We'd been through a few "training" sessions with different trainers and facilities but when the owner of our organization presented our son with a gift for his hard work at baseball, we took him to DRC to see what they offered. The minute we walked through the door, they presented a comfortable environment and a place you KNEW you came here to work.
Sabin has worked with most of the trainers at DRC but he's settled in with one trainer now and it's made a difference for him. His strength has increased, his agility, speed and understanding of what his body is going through has been pretty impressive to watch.
Since coming to DRC, Sabin has gained almost 5 mph on his pitches, his hitting for his size is utterly impressive. Before DRC, his strength with his bat was pretty good, but now most balls are finding the warning track. His throwing from the outfield was great before DRC...NOW? His arm strength is one of the best on the team and he's not one of the biggest kids on the team by any stretch.
Proper training is key for a young athlete. Sabin was a really good baseball player when he came to DRC. You can visibly see the changes that DRC has made on his baseball game. Thank you DRC.”


“Aspen highly enjoys coming to the DRC and working with the sports trainers! She enjoys learning about proper body mechanics and how to optimize her performance on the court. One thing she has been working on implementing more is the education on nutrition. Before coming to the DRC she didn't know how to properly fuel her body for certain activities (practice, tournaments, etc).
Despite a back injury early in the season, the DRC and trainers have been able to modify her plan to keep her engaged and making progress after the initial setback. We are excited to see her progress this year after working at DRC!”
